Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of Hampshire Association of Local Councils Limited will be held at the Oak Room, Holiday Inn Hotel Southampton-Eastleigh M3 Jct.13, Leigh Road, Eastleigh SO50 9PG

Registration and refreshments available from 9.40am
Please note there is no exhibition this year.
A formal agenda for the AGM and accompanying papers was sent by email to all Member Councils on Friday 4th October. If you have not believe your Council has received this, please contact the Hampshire ALC team by email at comms@hampshirealc.org.uk for additional copies to be sent.

Member Councils will be asked to consider and vote on resolutions, one of which is a Special Resolution regarding the Articles of Association, a copy of which has been provided to all Member Councils by email on 26th July, 18th September and 4th October to allow sufficient time for your Council to consider the proposed Articles.
